Listed are a selection of projects that our surveyors have experience in undertaking

 

• Warrington Town Centre - A full topographical survey was needed around the Market and the surrounding town centre as it was to be demolished and a new Market built in its place. Also needed were the Elevations of the surrounding buildings to help create a model of the project and we also created 'Street Scene Elevations' for the Architects

 

• The Rutland Hotel - Floorplans, elevations, sections and topographical surveys were needed here. The Hotel was to undergo a full refurbishment and highly detailed plans were needed for the Architects and Interior Designers to start the design process of the project

 

• Mount Vernon Hospital - Floorplans were needed to establish the floor space that each department had use of. This was a project that had to be handled sensitively as the hospital was open to patients and staff

 

• Morrisons Supermarket, Bridlington - We Conducted a full measured and topographical survey as the store was extending outwards into the carpark. We completed the survey without interfeering with the day to day running of the store

 

• Scarborough Football Ground - Once demolished, we were able to do a full topographical survey for our house builder client to design their estate onto our plan giving them the best platform to start their development

 

• Housing Development in Sheffield - A full Site Setting-out sevice was required for this 14 house development. We set-out the road into the site with levels, manhole postions and invert levels. The site is on a steep gradient so there are retaining walls between the houses which needed positioning along with the house plots. this is an on going project for Turnbull Surveying
